If you want to be bullied and insulted, go to this store. If you have equipment they don't sell, they will treat it all as junk. They just want to sell you what they have in stock and pimp it as the best in the universe. If you question their logic, especially of what comes out of "old" guy, be prepared to be insulted. These guys need to go out of business. They are hurting the hi-fi industry. There are many better places in Toronto to give your money to. These guys have a used-car vibe and insult their customers. I asked if I could see what's in their back rooms. They said, loudly, "NO, by appointment only". So I asked what do they have there so I could possibly make an appointment, they said "CONFIDENTIAL". Then the younger old guy in the shop said "Should we release the dogs?" and not in a funny way. It was very awkward and insulting. This all happened after they told me everything I've purchased is overpriced junk and that everything good is JBL. I am an avid hi-fi lunatic, and really get along with almost everyone, but these people have something seriously wrong with them. If they hadn't rubbed me the wrong way it is likely I'd have bought a $60k+ JBL speaker from them. I already have loudspeakers retailing over $100k in my collection. They were so arrogant though... So overbearing and nasty. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!
