I am so disappointed in this hospital. The technicians for tonight have a blase attitude about her. I waited for over six hours to be told that they're down to one doctor that my pet was stable and not a priority and that I should go home and wait for a call at about 7 a.m. After waiting since 6 pm I agreed to wait for 4-6 hours and am now told until the morning. This is over six hours. I have a cat that hasn't eaten or drunk in four days. The technician just came to say that's the waiting time and she can't do anything about it and closed the door right after she said so. This place is a horrible place to take any animals. Bad service from the technicians.

Pros: highly qualified staff, friendly, customer-focused. You and your pet will be treated very well. Cons: gut-wrenchingly expensive, ruthlessly efficient billing practices. You will pay 4x what "regular" places charge. Only use this place if you have no alternative or if money is not an issue. Writing this anonymously in case I ever need them in an emergency -- don't want to be blackballed!!
