Reviews of Cityview Dental in Toronto

I booked a procedure with Eliyad days in advance to allow to gather right tools required to do the job but when I showed up they were not ready. (I overheard him whisper to the assistant that the needed equipment wasn’t ready). Eliyad proceeded with the treatment anyway. Completely butchered simple procedure. Eliyad claimed for it to be complete and diligent however that’s not true as per assessment from two different dentist. His negligence cost me $5000 to fix elsewhere. All this was done despite me asking for reassurance that they feel confident to get the job done. Don’t take on jobs you’re not qualified or ready to perform. Horrible.

UPDATE: This office called to follow up on the status of my health only after me writing this review. It’s been nearly a year since Eliyad destroyed my tooth. Zero calls between that time.

They also tried to obtain report from the specialist I had to see to complete the procedure despite me not being their patient for nearly a year and without my consent. (I did notify them about not wanting to use their services or being their patient when I cancelled my cleaning appointment that I had booked). Thankfully the specialist’s office called me to notify me about it. Very shady and possibly illegal!

Also, one cleaning I received was rushed, painful and the technician was rude and condescending.
