Ordered a patio door Primeline E2126 mortis lock. Sent daughter to pick it up since she lives in Toronto. Provided the invoice number and they gave her a package. When she brought it to me it was NOT what I had ordered. I called and they said they would refund me and to return the wrong item when we were in the area and had a chance. 2 months, no refund. No response to any emails, before or after even ordering. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, apparently incompetent staff.
