If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a door installed by this company in August 2016. It took a couple of "visits" from an installer to complete the installation because the first one didn't complete the installation. In January 2020 I contacted them because the brick moulding had shrunk. They sent someone out & a new piece was ordered. It wasn't installed until August 2020 due to the pandemic. In February of this year (2022) the moulding had shrunk again so I contacted the company again. A senior tech was sent out on February 18 & he said that he would ordered a longer piece & said that should fix the problem. I received an email on April 5/22 stating that their supplier for this part had been bought by another company & they didn't know if the warranty was going to be honoured. I was informed that it was up to me to follow up with the new company. However, what they neglected to state was that the company had been purchased prior to my first repair so why wouldn't it be covered? When I informed them that I was getting the run around from the parts company I was told that my email had been sent to their service department. That was over 2 wks ago & I haven't heard a thing. Check out the customer complaints about this company (& Nordik who owns them) on Yelp & BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - the product may look good but there is no support if you have any problems with it.
