Reviews of Curl Bar Beauty Salon in Toronto

I booked with Ghergis Hagos, and had to cancel and rebook a couple more times due to my schedule. The salon doesn't look pristine from the exterior. I requested a chin length bob-style cut. I showed the stylist two clear pictures of what I wanted. She proceeded to cut my hair, from the crown down to the base, from 2 inches to a centimeter and a half!! Also the cut was not straight, it had dangly and hanging bits. This was NOT what I had asked for. I was extremely upset and flabbergasted. The stylist did not listen to me. Instead, I came out with an extreme 45 degree angled and graded cut. Was my hair cut down to the extreme due to the cancellations and re-bookings I had made? I DO NOT recommend this salon neither the stylist.
