This was my first time ever doing laser. The technician who oversaw the procedure was easy going and made it a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and the aesthetic of the decor is nice. Laser hair removal has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Love the results! Will definitely be returning.

Have started my laser appointments with my tech and she was amazing and gives great advice. They also are very accommodating and flexible with the time schedules when I need some time adjusted last minute with my visit time. Highly recommend Dermedica laser. Thank you!

Great people but bad services.

Laser hair removal - I've taken 13 sessions and have hardly seen a 10% reduction in hair growth. I did get two laser burns on my neck though.

Scar removal - Zero change in my scars after 5 sessions. You do have to stay inside for at least a week after your session so that the new scars from the needles fade away. Also, don't forget the money spent on needles, and numbing creams which you have to arrange and apply yourself by the way. The technician also told me during the second session that I was only the 3rd person to take the venus viva scar treatment.
