I had dinner at Desotos Saturday Jan 21, 2023 with my sister and son. My sister ordered Fish and Chips. The fish was over cooked. It was noticeable as it was way dark and not golden as fish usually is. They served it anyway. She did not even take a bite because it looked bad and it was hard as a rock. There was nothing else she wanted so she order a soup of the day. It was french onion soup. They serve it in a very small bowl the soup should be called cheese soup. She took a spoon full of the soup and the rest was melted cheese. The server did not even apologize for serving a burned fish and chips. I had the pesto chicken spaghetti. It was horrible, not enough presto and I could feel the heavy taste of grease. It had no salt and it was bad. Again, the server saw that I was not eating and did not ask if there was anything wrong with the food. My son had a hamburger that was OK. I would never go back to this place nor would I recommend it.
I gave it 2 stars only because the place it self was nice. Not the food or staff.
