Reviews of Foret Nails & Spa in Toronto

I have been to this salon a few times. I always worry they don’t book appointments properly because they don’t take a name/ phone number or send a confirmation email. I usually get Shellac which lasts about a week from here. I booked an appointment a week and a half in advance. Only to get to the salon and have them clearly have no idea I booked an appointment. After waiting 5 minutes they told me it would be a half an hour wait. I told them I was in a time crunch and they said 20 minutes. I was unable to delay my appointment that long. It would have been a lot more considerate if they called, texted or emailed that my appointment was delayed. Then I didn’t have to waste my time going in and waiting there only to be told they were delayed 30 minutes. I would understand if it were 10 minutes. But they had multiple other people waiting and clearly overbooked. I wouldn’t recommended this place and they do not have a good booking system. I will not be returning here very disappointing service. There are far better nail salons in the area that are proper businesses.
