Reviews of GoodLife Fitness North York Sheppard and Consumers in Toronto

It's been a great experience training here at this gym. The staff is very supportive and always up for any sort of help. I have had a very good experience with Dayani here, an employee at GoodLife. She helped me with my memberships and answered to all my questions in detail. She is one of the sweetest and hard working employees that I have come across. All in all, GoodLife staff and the location is very good. I would definitely recommended it.

Management👎🏻They lie about the pool ,if manager lies what do u expect from employees , Dirty gym , rude staffs, I regretted that I became a member there,
Worse than that they fired one of the best employee over taking a long break with out warning her thats crazy sad and unbelievable
What goodlife head-office and management did was very disappointed and disrespectful

So many other serious stuff happened and still happening at this location manager is aware of all of them. but as there is real favouritism and skin colour and race is matter.there is no action taken about them ever,
I was a goodlife employee for 4 years
I was a hard working and on time person never missed my shifts in that 4 years always open to any shifts but after 4 years i took a extended break ( due to health problem ) on my break just stepped out to get my medication and got lil late I didn’t know that would be a problem, it was something unintentionally, they should’ve worn me or write me up as it was a first time ever, just because I took a extended break and didn’t change my hours they fired me with out warning or writing me up
I explained and apologized and said I didn’t know policy but they decided to terminate me. Is that fair to fire someone with out warning ? I don’t know goodlife policy’s well as never no one trained or explained. we all are human every one can make mistake’s
