Reviews of Inline Fiberglass Ltd in Toronto

I started with one door from Inline. After installation, I was so impressed with their product that I ordered 4 more patio doors and 2 windows. Down the road I'm planning on changing all the windows and doors at my property, as well as a couple custom builds coming in the next few years.
The quality seems to be way above average....especially compared to vinyl. I would definitely recommend Inline fiberglass.
I dealt directly with Tom and his son. Great guys and extremley easy to deal with. A+ for these guys!!

Inline Fiberglass has not delivered on a contract I signed with them on 6 Feb 2008, at which time I also paid down 30% for the work that was going to be done. It is now 27 Feb 2009, more than a year later, and the representative who was initially so polite and accommodating, is simply evasive and misleading about the details of our contract. A year ago, when this representative came to my home to give a quote, I was impressed. The salesman seemed polite, soft-spoken, very knowledgeable, and confident about Inline's products, and on top of that, he provided me the lowest quote for the work I needed done. A few days later, before I signed the contract, this representative found he had quoted me too low a price. I agreed to the increase in price. It was higher than all the other quotes I had received from other manufacturers, but I was impressed by the Inline product and looking forward to having it in my home. Unfortunately, this was not the last attempt by the salesman to increase the price. The price he now asks is out of my range. The salesman says the document that both he and I signed when I made my 30% down payment a year ago is not actually a contract. It seems that I now have to get my lawyer involved in this, and after having waited one year with an old patio door that lets in cold winter wind, and the prospect of lawyer’s fees, I feel nothing but frustration with Inline Fiberglass and its lack of integrity.
