Reviews of JM Vacations Ltd in Toronto

We went to Portugal for 1 month and your company was informed we wanted beach front as my husband has mobility issues. We ended up on the main part of the town in Monte Gordo. The hotel had 10 stairs that my husband had extreme difficulty to get up and I had to carry up our luggage and his walker. One evening he couldn't get uo thr stairs, we finally managed with great difficulty but then he wouldn't go out for 7 days as he was nervous about the stairs. We got to the ocean only once as it was a 30 to 40 minute walk for my husband which was too much for him. All the nice restaurants were on the boardwalk at the ocean and we didn't get to enjoy them. There were hotels along the boardwalk and across the street from the boardwalk. That was where all the action was and we missed it. There were only 3 restaurants close to us but after a month we ran out of choices. The hotel had a small pool and it was only 3 feet deep so we couldn't even swim. Our view was an apartment where we saw laundry being hung out the window. We were very disappointed not being near the ocean and for your staff not listening about our requests and my husband's mobility issues. I will never use your company again. We were extremely disappointed in your staff in booking such an awful holiday
