Very arrogant staff and poor customer relations.

I was just there this past weekend and the sales woman ignored all other customers while she mulled over jewelry (and by the way why jewelry in a kitchen store?) for an extended period of time. Her attitude was clear - that she didn't need anyones business.

I had asked about a ring and she promptly took it out and gave it to the customer she was serving.

If they don't want my business that can certainly be arranged.
