"capital improvements" that have occured in our apartment since september and october yet we have not seen any actual improvements in our apartments only ugly pipes that have yet to be covered and have diminished our living space as a result. The only change we have noticed is a diminishing of our quality of life and a lack of maintenance to fix ongoing issues in our apartment such as basic heating and a hole in our sink Heating in our bedroom still not fixed (request sent 3 weeks ago), bathroom sink not fixed after we sent request in March 2021. The came today and they didn't fix the problem.It is evident that this company does not care for our wellbeing but only the profits that come with these "improvements." our requests have been ignored for months on end and the company does not respond to any emails and blatantly ignores residents who do not pay for these new units . Management does not care and does not know what is remotely happening in the building, as multiple times we have had issues occur such as no hot water without any form of notice which is illegal. DO NOT LIVE HERE AT 240 MARKLAND DRIVE unless you want your quality of life to diminish and have your voice silenced.
