My appointment had been canceled twice due to the doctor's busy schedule. As a result, I have politely requested for refund of $150 several times both via email and telephone since August 2022. Unfortunately, the clinic ignored my request. In addition to my negative review, I will file a complaint against the clinic to get my money back.
