This is an edit of my earlier review. On Jan 16 I finally received rewards I had requested Dec 12. I had other points to redeem, so am requesting that reward now. Fingers crossed. They are, apparently, still functioning, though slowly. Am going to see how long this one takes. I do enjoy the surveys, and the chances to win extra prizes. Let's hope things are picking up after the holidays.

I have been trying to get a reward request since 12 Dec AND no reply to any of a dozen emails. AND points disappeared from my account mid-Dec and no reply about this. This was once a good company, do not waste your time on them.

On March 30, 2023 at 10:58 a.m. I redeemed 6000 points for a Giftcardpass. my account showed this as requested and said the prize code would be emailed to me within 5 business days. thirteen days later and no prize code has been received and my account status still shows the request. I have called the listed phone number on the web site, no answer so I left a message with my phone number for a return call. I have sent emails asking for my prize code. to date I have had no response of any kind and no prize code or giftcardpass. I have had 2 redemptions previously with no problems. I give my time and respond to their surveys, I think it's only fair they give me what I've earned and at least respond to my inquiries.
