They don't know anything about rules and regulations of the system and have opened a law firm, I would say that a stupid law firm. 0 stars for them or may be negative stars. Got a townhouse signed 2 months ago, MSK LLP was sure that they will close the house with no issues in the process. They tortured us for their fees plus house appraisal and all the other documents. They called us to their office for documentation and told us that we need to put more money down or buy a mortgage insurance. Where would I get more money from in the time of inflation. When I told them that I don't have more money, they refused to carry on the deal and told me that I will loose the house and won't be able to make it. That was such a "disaster". I went to another lawyer who made things easy and better for me and finally I closed my house. Thank god I was saved from their money trap. Absolute losers... Negative Negative Negative....

The law firm cheated me for money. They charged $ 250 for consultation and did not provide proper consultation. Consultation. Was given in rush.
