Rating of ZERO stars!!!!

I dropped an expensive coat there last week and was asked to pick it up a week later.
My request was to take take off some inches from the sides and the sleeves; the lady who pinned it up said she would take 2.5 inches off each side and 1 inch off each sleeve.
I looked forward to picking the coat up today, since it was brand new and I had never worn it before.
Guess what?! It was still huge!!! They hardly made any changes to it!
When I told the lady how unhappy I was, she said she did not care if I was happy! And she kept raising her voice at me, telling me I don't know s***, that she will not do any other adjustments for free, and that I could leave - cos she wanted to go home at 6p.m.
So, I paid $57 for nothing....

Conclusion: NEVER GO THERE FOR ANY ALTERATION JOB!!! I don't know about the dry cleaning, but I can definitely say that the lady is an utterly unfriendly and rude person! I do not recommend this place! Expensive and the staff is rude and do not give a damn about customer satisfaction!
