Reviews of Niche Essence in Toronto

Worse costumer service ever!!! I was there on Saturday, November 5th around 12:30 pm with my husband, the lady sitting over the counter was just steering at me and instead of answering my questions verbally, just answered me by moving her head. And when I asked her if they have some specific perfume brand, this lady and her friend started to laugh and made a joke of us together and get back to me with a mean face and again moving her head said no!!!! As a citizen of Canada and living in Toronto for many years now and also working in customer service most of my life, I swear this attitude was the worse I have ever seen!!!! I had the plan to purchase perfume but I could NOT handle staying in that circumstance even 1 more minute!!! I hope the management sees this review and try to hire professional and valuable staff from now on.
