Hello, my Aunt Jean (Georgina Sams) just recently passed away. She was a long term patient in your facility. One of her care attendants spoke at her memorial service. I was very touched. She obviously received wonderful care while there. I would like to make a small donation in her memory. What would be the best way to do this?
