Reviews of Nuovo Artistic Photography in Toronto

This company is running a scam and I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They run false advertising for a free photography session, draw people into the studio and then scam them or corner them into purchasing a non-functioning link and other products at ridiculously high prices. I was cornered after a stressful session into purchasing a link that never worked. Despite several messages, no assistance was received to make the link accessible. Additionally, when I approached them that the link is not accessible without paying for a subscription to some random site, no response or assistance was received. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET DUPED BY THEM!

I completely agree with Crysty. It wasn't even my birthday, but was told that I'd get a free photoshoot with one digital photo that I can take home with. They said there will be no catch, but I soon realize that was DEFINITELY NOT TRUE.

After the entire photoshoot, I was told to pay A LOT if I want everything that was taken, if not, then I'll just get the "free but low-quality photo" (that they apparently promised). While they kept saying that there is no pressure in buying the whole package, they happen to keep leading on and on to purchase the most expensive package...

Worst of all... before the shoot, I was asked a lot of questions in which they CLEARLY knew I was a student (don't have a lot of cash to spare).

Seriously - if they had been more honest and fair to begin with, I'd recommend them to my female peers. However, their marketing scheme is corrupted...
