Your boss is delusional
-you will be forced to over promise and under deliver
-you will have to lie to clients
-you have 0 chance of advancement or being paid what you're worth
-you will constantly be overworked and scrambling to keep your head above water
-the communication with "management" a.k.a the owner/ceo is poor at best. He'll listen but take nothing you say seriously
-for some reason only the men had health benefits
-very poor vacation policy
-no work from home
-policies and practices are constantly changed on a whim without notice
-it's not even clear to the employees what services the business offers
-the ceo will take any client that pays even if it's a bad fit
- you'll have to trade your ethics for a paycheck
-speaking of paychecks, I was underpaid on 2 seperate occasions
-promised benefits after 3 months but it took just shy of 6 before they kicked in

Treat your employees like the valuable assets they are. They all want to leave and look for other jobs regularly. No one is happy, they are over worked, underpaid and feel like nothing they say is taken seriously. Focus on brining in quality clients not just anyone who will pay. Increase the vacation from 2 weeks, and add the ability to work from home at least 1 day per week. You also need to sit down and figure out pricing for your services, stop charging clients based on what you think they can pay.
