Hi,

I recently made a purchase (15th Aug 2022) at Popeyes Supplements on Fairway Road South, Kitchener.
I wanted to share my feedback on the experience i had at the store with the store personnel which was a little unpleasant.

This was my second purchase at this store, first was on April 2022 and this being my second.
I had purchased 2xPVL Isogold Whey Protein (6lbs) today. Before i made this purchase, i did walk into the same store about 2 weeks back to try out
a few flavours for the same whey protein in order to be more confident on which ones i wanted to buy. So initially, i had just visited the store
to try out the flavours and take a bit of time (approx 2 weeks) to decide which ones i would buy.

When i walked into the store today to make the purchase, i asked the store personnel to make me try two other flavours which i had not tried on my previous visit to the store.
The store personnel seems to have had recognized me and asked me if i had come back 2 weeks ago to try out the flavour or not. I did humbly tell him that i did.
He made me try both the flavours (Banana and Ice Cap Mocha) which i had asked for and that i eventually ended up buying as well.

At the checkout, i asked the store personnel to check my member account to redeem the bonus $ i had from my previous purchase in April. He told me that there was no note on the file and i did not have any $
on my account to redeem. I asked the personnel that it should not be the case and told him about my purchase from April. He did check and could find my purchase in the system from April, but told me that i neither got any discount on my previous purchase and nor any points that i could redeem this time.
I told this personnel that i was clearly told during my last purchase that i would be getting some percentage of discount from my current purchase during my next purchase (As i am a GoodLife member).
It was this moment, that he was so blunt and asked me on my face (a bit rudely) that if i would make this current purchase or not. I was taken aback with this reaction coming from him as i had expected him to check why i did not get any redemption points from my previous purchase
that i could redeem in my current purchase and sort this out for me, giving me a good customer experience. But, this was not the case.

Long story short, i believe he treated me in a way that he made me feel that i would not be making this purchase (probably because i had walked into the store two weeks back to try out a few flavours of the whey protein i wanted to buy)
and he was not interested in finding a solution to the problem i had raised (about my redemption points) but rather doubting if i would make a purchase or not.

I just wanted to bring this up as a feedback. I assure you guys that this was my last purchase from this store as i would be taking my business to another store in the future.
I had also wanted to Creatine Monohydrate, but i didnt even ask the store personnel about the same after getting this reaction from him.
