Placed a down payment on a vehicle in April of 2022 and was informed delivery would be three months. Six weeks in I contacted the salesman to check on progress and was told everything seems fine and no delay. Fourteen months later with numerous unanswered requests for an update I received the only satisfaction from them by being offered my down payment back.Total lack of professionalism and respect by all who I had dealt with including Ali the salesman ,Ej and Moe the sale managers and Sal the general manager.

My last car I bought from here was told to me it had just one male owner and that it was not from a rental company which was not the case after all, I have done all my warranty Repairs and all my up keeps with Raceway for the pass 9 yrs. I'm going to miss the service staff that I have got to know very well ( Leeann,Chris,Jamal ) they have looked after my needs to the high's level you can ask for and I thank them. I had a 2000 Grand Caravan for 7yrs and a 2007 300c for the past 4yrs bought and serviced by Raceway too bad they need to treat there loyal customers this way.
