Reviews of Sail Sushi in Toronto

Went with family for birthday dinner and there were no other patrons in establishment.
Ordered off iPad and food was coming but, a lot of certain items they were missing.Ie sashimi..spider rolls..deep fried items and other specialty items..
We had to order the same items several times to the point that we had to ask the servers about these items and when and if they were coming out.
Food quality was good for what food we received…if you are offering food items, please serve them or let your patrons know you don’t have them… Hoping we might forget, is a poor way to do business. Trying to support local business but feel that they are not supporting those who come and drop over $250 per meal. Poor service and a lack of empathy by the owner has made our decision easy to go somewhere else the next time we want to spend our money at a sushi establishment
