Reviews of Simplicate Interactive in Toronto

I found Simplicate through Clutch.co and we got off to a good start at first. Steve had some great ideas and recommended we use his preferred CMS (Content Management System).

Everything started off great until they started to get preoccupied with other projects. Then my project was put on hold and there was little to no communication for weeks and then months. My emails and calls would go unanswered and in the end I was told they stopped working my project on purpose and didn't really have a good explanation for it. Basically, told me I was S**t Outta Luck. I've never worked with a company with so little regard for their customers.

I didn't even mention the worst part yet. My project was supposed to include Design AND Development but I ended up having to design my own logo and website because of his teams inability to deliver. I thought it would help move the project along but boy was I wrong. So even though I paid for Design I ended up doing it all myself because their Designer didn't understand what my needs were.

So now I have no website and I'm in the hole a few thousand dollars. In the end, I was told that I would receive a backup copy of the incomplete website but I still have not received anything weeks later. What a complete waste of time. Don't ever hire this company if you value your time and money. What a nightmare. You've been warned!
