Bought a piece of their Pastrami. Followed the cooking instructions and had a slice.

There is no HR team.. if you have any query or problem with staff or any employ.. u can't go There is a Lady Sonia P she is soooooo Rud all the time and use hard and bad words for employs... very bad working atmosphere...no friendly... don't join this company forever

Just bought two 4 lbs. salt beef in brine from best meats a division of St Helen's meat and it was nothing but fat and bone . After cutting of the fat and saving the bit of meat around the bones I was able to get 4 lbs. from the 2 buckets and most of what I saved was nothing but bone and fat . I Don't buy this stuff much anymore but I'm really disappointed with what you get .
