I've already had an unpleasant experience with them using non-sterilized filthy-looking flip-flops on customers as well as paper-towels as toe-separators, but went on an emergency, and hoped they'd measure up, but...oh, well. This time, a few months later, they were still on paper towels and ugly flip-flops, let alone poor-maintained unsanitary conditions (dirty equipment, technician's clothe, bottles, etc) and non-friendly customer policy. Nowhere in the store did it say about "no credit card" policy AND no one tells you before you get services done that you MUST pay cash or debit. Plus, one can barely understand what technicians are saying to you (let alone their side conversations in unidentified language). Hence, I was quated a price that I intended to pay with my credit card, and which I had to render in cash (as it turned out AFTER the fact). I had to run to my bank and leave my phone with them, etc - all the customer "convenience" environment. When I came back I was told that I had to pay $15 more. When I eventually spoke to the owner she, who appeared looking not very fresh, she insisted on my (or "my friends") paying the price she claimed, or I had to leave any valuable as collateral. She wouldn't honor the price quoted and demanded my personal information details. In turn, I asked for hers, which she refused to provide for no apparent reason. I suspected something illegal, and told her I'd take this matter further. At this, she went ballistic, and kept shouting at me as I walked out of that place for good. I hope you had a better experience their, but this was my last time.
