A horrible place where the staff do not know anything about customer service. You will not get friendly greetings from the front desk and god forbid you take too long in the washroom, you will not be let into the class (and not refunded. I was offered to wait 45 more min for the next class instead even though I checked in in advance and was just using the washroom downstairs! So yes, hold it all in for the duration of the class or you will lose your money. Being a busy Bay Street finance professional I felt like I wasted time (because I planned my work and lunch break around the class I wasn’t allowed to attend even though I came on time) and was treated like a high schooler (and I’ve been coming to this gym regularly for 4 months since reopening). I’ve been going to gyms for 20 years and this is the first time in my life I could not believe the treatment received. Avoid at all costs!
