The overall management, operation, administration, communication and the hygiene at the care is absolutely below standard.

You will receive cookie cutter, template responses whenever you make an inquiry or ask for a clarification so good luck getting the answers you deserve regarding your own child’s health and development.

Oh, and let’s just say the last communication I received from pulling my child in June (fully paid of course) was the invoice for July and August. I’m happy to have paid that price (4K and some change) plus lose my $$$ income to keep my child safe and loved, which is what every precious child deserves.
