Their return policy is astonishingly poor - needs to be more clearly represented at check out. The conversation on the phone with Vincent quickly became argumentative and i was assured i’m not the kind of customer he wants anyways, we “deal with people like you all the time.” And by that i’m sure he means pissed off people who are clearly getting hoodwinked by a return policy that’s not reflective of online shopping. As a first time buyer you’d think they’d make an exception and do a return now that i’m more familiar with their antiquated return policy. That said, too bad we don’t want your business is the general response. And “if you don’t like it go write a bad review, my name is Vincent and I own the place” is not what you’d expect but, it did inspire this review so, thank you, Vincent.
I’ll be shocked if this business is around in 5 years, or at least under the same management. Will never shop with these clowns again.
