If I could give zero, I would for Haley's work. I showed her a picture of a straightforward nail DESIGN. I noticed her doing an odd shape and asked her to make oval, not catty pointy nails; she did chunky square. She was hurting me as well while she was doing this. Nails were of different shapes and lengths. After I went for a pedicure, I asked another master if she could fix it. She gave me filler to do it myself. Then Haley came over and yelled at me: " What do you want now?" She was rude and shitty at this job. Charged me full price. I had to go to another salon to fix this terrible mess. So I had to pay twice.
