I've been going to this salon (after seeing results via Instagram) for few months in order to get to light blue hair from natural black- I was able to get to almost platinum blonde. The hairdresser and I had a plan, communicated at every step.

I travel from Mississauga to East York, on a day off for every visit - not a super important detail but I do this so I never rush the process nor the salon.

I was asked ahead of time to come at 11am. I arrived at 11:02am, didn't get seated till 11:33am because .. well, I'm not sure why. My hairdresser wasn't with someone before I came and there was no one there beside 2 other dressers.

Now in the chair they tell me (hairdresser) weren't there for sometime and went to look for my color (I asked for 1 month prior). .. Only to come back, inform me that 'someone used it and didn't buy more' and offered me a color I previously told her I didn't like at all. Then proceed to ask others on how to make blue which took another 10mins. At this point, I'm upset having waited months for this day, to recieve no apology, no attempt to get some just no customer service.

Not wanting my visit to go to a waste, I asked for the orange in the my blonde to be fixed, then wash and dry. Inbetween I'm being offered treatments (I declined) and asked multiple times when the next time I'm coming in.

I'm upset. I waited all this time and trusted that I would walk out with the service I asked for in advance. Upon cashing out, I was giving a bill of over $120, I expressed that I wasn't happy with this and told them what happened. The person at the front didn't offer any level of customer service, no apology, no attempt. They spoke to manager and the manager just told me, "No one told me to buy blue" and turned back to her client. I couldn't believe that no one took accountability.

Sorry, I won't be coming back. I'm sure if they read this, they probably won't care anyways.
