The horrible administrative service and non existant clinic support brings down the entire experience. The amazing doctors and pharmacists are at the mercy of this clinic's horrible booking and and zero communications policy.

Constantly have to babysit administration for requisition forms, prescriptions and bookings. Due to the lack of options to communicate with clinic, you will generally find yourself waiting days to weeks to get what your doctor ordered and another set of days to weeks to have them correct it. Booking system is pointless as they will just reschedule you on their own accord regardless of your schedule. In addition to the fact that they are allowed to be up to 50 minutes late to an appointment, you will also be charged a hefty fee if you miss their late call.

Support loop keeps directing you to call them, calling them directs your to book with their doctors. I have to book appointments with doctors so that admin can see my appointment notes and realise they are the blocker, not my doctor.

Another common theme also seems to be that admin do not understand the forms they send out and ask me to clarify what the form means.
