Ordered railings for front-back yard in Oct 2020 got refund Apr 2022 with no delivery. Think twice before ordering here for your personal orders. No delivery for 18months. Understand that there were lockdowns, so waited that long but it was a mistake. Changed from Galvanized to Zinc, several failed promises of delivery beyond what was ordered ultimately failure in delivering anything, Made at least 50 calls, 50 text messages, 10-15 emails for follow ups. Were hoping to get it done in few weeks, and now we have to go out in this expensive market and look for railings again for safety. Got money back in Apr 2022 after requesting it for 5 months and mentioning about legal action. Very poor response all the time.
