Reviews of Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd in Trail

My experience started off very well with kindness from everyone. When my vehicle showed up without features stated in the build sheet Champion Chev provided/sold the vehicle based off of, the nightmare began. When I expressed my dissatisfaction/concerns I was threatened to receive poor/lesser service whether it be regular services or warranty work if I was to "slam" Champion via Google review. I was lied too, I was cheated, I am actively being ignored, and I was threatened. I approached them with a solution, they refused to move from their shady ways. Regretting shopping local once again.... True shame.

Not to mention them "assuming" I wanted a higher interest rate over a longer period of time, even after I was program protected to a much lower rate with the term I chose!! Then when we chose the very same term I previously selected the interest rate was still higher than what we agreed on and locked me in at! Finally after being told I was wrong and the numbers were all correct, they then called the bank and got it all sorted out. Read EVERYTHING before you sign ANYTHING, that is especially true with this establishment, very unprofessional.
