Someone close to me work there, and if you only heard half of the horror stories about how bad it is, you would not do business with them.

Promotions based on friendship and family, a refusal to invest in employees and cheap salaries, and management that doesn't want to look evil when being either incompetent or straight up insulting toward the ground force.
