I called for service on my Asko dashing machine in Aug 2022. I finally was able to get a repairman out on August 31,2022. He charged us $262.50 and said it would be applied to the repair once they got parts in and returned to complete the repair. They said they would call back for authorization to order parts and give us a quote on cost. No one called. We called repeatedly and talked to Amanda who said she would pass the info on to the Supervisor. After several calls we were able to book another tech to come out because the first tech quit working for them. Again they did nothing. No calls, no parts, no info and no repairs. One of the supervisors called when I asked for a refund to apologize. He said he would call back the next day with a quote. Nope -no call. Two weeks later I’m calling back and every time I do Amanda tells me very politely that she will pass my info on to the supervisor. I will call again tomorrow to try to get a refund but this is next level poor service.
