Reviews of Busters Towing in Vancouver

We randomly received a call from my landlord that my bfs work truck was getting towed in our own neighborhood where we've parked it on the street for over a month already. Apparently my bf had accidentally parked maybe 2 inches in front of our neighbours driveway and instead of waiting 20 minutes for us to come from our dinner, they called the city of Vancouver and Busters Towing. We called TWICE to tell Busters to wait a few minutes while we rushed from our dinner to move the work van. Since they said they wouldn't tow it if we came right then. My bf then followed the tow truck all the way to the tow yard trying to get them to stop Towing it since they said they wouldn't tow it if we came to move it. So now we paid over a hundred dollars to get the van released when it could've been resolved by waiting not even 2 more minutes for my bf to move it. What a money grab, we can't afford to just have that done to us for no reason
