This is one of several recent posts written with the express purpose of exposing this ownership group for their neglect. The residents of Camelia Court (525 west 13th avenue), have not had a reliable building manager for almost five years now, and the only consistency that we have enjoyed is the disregard for the property in general. But don't take my word for it - come on by (it's a lovely neighborhood!), and take a peak over the fence at 525 - soak in the apocalyptic atmosphere of the abandoned pool (that is still advertised as a building 'amenity'). This is what we are paying premium rent for? SLUM-LORDS.
