5 days into my 21 day trial I signed up for 6 months membership. Great workout, great staff and great people. Recommend for everyone. It may seem intimidating at first but David is very welcoming and makes the classes very fun.

ILKB Vancouver!! It's Intense, motivating, fun and you exercise at the same time. Coaches are amazing, they guide you all the way, making sure you’re doing it right and step it up once you get it.
