Reviews of Indigo - Granville in Vancouver

This was a great bookstore, but I find the employees a bit grumpy and impatient. When asked about the store hours being longer, as they were before COVID, an employee was not impressed and said, "nope, not being extended". Then this employee said, "why watch people just look around the store for two hours longer!" and shook their head. I was totally not impressed with this reaction, at all!

When I spoke to the manager of this store, she said, "the reduced hours are good for our employees!". Well, so much for the customers!! Absolutely not impressed will the mentality of the employees and manager at this particular store!

Like many other families who used to love going here, after dinner, to browse and buy a book or kid gifts or clothing, we no longer can because if closes way too early!!

Please go back to being open until 9-10 pm. COVID is over now. Get back to the normal times, so we can all enjoy the life we all had, before COVID.
