Reviews of Memorable Maids in Vancouver

I do not even want to give a star. It cost me about $470 for small studio move-in cleaning. I let them in and went back to work with trusting that they will do good service. They left before I came to check.

I checked the studio and cleaning was not completed, and they broke my window latch. They had chance to talk to me about it, but they just left it on the fridge. I would not notice it if I was not trying to open the window. No one ever apologize about the broken latch and just saying that they will repair and marks on wall are easy to remove with magic eraser - Isn’t this supposed to be their job? They said it is total package, and their service is not. Don't trust them.

They told me that they will visit at 4PM to review. And I had to have unpaid leave again for this from work. It was passing 4:30 and no message or call until 4:35 that they will be at our building 20 minute later. Not on time and no late notice. No apology even they are 1 hour late. I am wasting so many hours just for this cleaning service and work is not even completed. I emailed them that not going to wait for than 30 minutes. I dont want to deal with this anymore and just want money back now. Very regretting. I asked for cleaning, but they break things. It could happen, but it is more important that they should have tell me about it - Unreliable and unprofessional.

Very surprised that how they are maintaining 4.9 stars. POOR SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
