Very good prices and lots of selection, however, only certain staff are helpful. I made a several hundred dollar purchase for roses on valentines day around a month ago, and i swear most of the people pretend they dont even recognize me. I asked one guy for prices at the back and he simply ignored me, he was the exact person i dealt with on valentines. Seriously need to rethink customer service, new customers deserve respect too, especially if they can bring you lots of future business.
