Reviews of Renocon Inc in Vancouver

Leak from sink faucet installed incorrectly, stained new vanity
shower door sliding down had to be repaired by another company as Renocon wouldn’t do their 1 yr warranty.
Most companies offer 2 year warranty
Dirty water mixed with paste dribbled into unit below
Installed grout instead of silicone where tub meets tile
Professionals know this. Paid qualified other company to remove the grout and replace with silicone.
Installed incorrect quartz, had to be ripped out redone.
Tiler deep scratched new kitchen sink with his tools.
Shower curb slope installed incorrectly drenching new floor.
Incorrect cutting of baseboards, gaps, didn’t grout new bathroom floors. Lippage under shower niche.
I have bills all my review is factual. Hire qualified contractors companies recommended by BC Homebuilders Assn.,Renomark,National Kitchen & Baths,BBB Renocon is none of these. I wish I had known & not trusted them.
bubbly paint on wall, jobs, paint marks on new hardwood, can email any photos of their errors if requested, I thought hiring a high end company and that was why they were higher estimates, I was wrong .
