Pathetic customer service. I went in with my child a 7 year old boy and a business associate (the reason I stayed there longer) , who the owner David was snapping at for everything , for my son sitting on a swivel chair, telling him not to swivel ,as it will scratch the table . For asking my son : he can sit on the chair if he has money to buy and checked his shoes to let him on the bed: no he was not joking, David checked the sole of my son's shoes and clapped to ask him to get down the stool; my son felt angry after he left the store. I felt humiliated.
The owner is shallow and miserable, I pity his childhood.
Think before entering the place with kids.
The products are bought from Italy, they don not own the manufacturing unit, it means you are paying double profit , first to the manufacturing unit and second to resource, that's the reason for hike in prices (double compared to other places).
