Reviews of RollerGirl.ca in Vancouver

Very poor customer service, lack of safety procedures by staff who work there, two employees at the store violated what the owner and manager of Rollergirl told me I was not supposed to be allowed at all to try physically try skates out. Had I been advised of this, I would not have gone ahead with what I did, not knowing what I should have known, and wouldn't have ended up having a bad fall which in turn broke my fibula completely due to irresponsibility on their part as well as negligence. I now have a long road of recovery ahead of me and my entire summer has been ruined thanks to Rollergirl. All the so called good reviews are just from people who shop online and probably have not been to the store where there is very little to choose from. If you are interested in knowing more check out Yelp where there are photos of the damage to me. I would recommend shopping at various other sporting stores that carry roller skates whose staff DO see to it that a customer's safety is THE very important priority and are with you the entire time while you try certain products out. In case something should happen unexpectedly just as it did with me, whoever that person may be is there to help prevent you ending up in a situation like myself. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
