If you are a supplier, beware of this business. I was burnt badly by Andrea the owner.

In late 2022, I was asked to rebrand their business to move away from a female focused local bike shop towards a more inclusive store that welcomed all and to appeal to a broader customer base. My designer and I presented several very well received creative presentations, including logo, positioning and value statements, color scheme refresh, in-store POS, copy platform and first stage we site design. Andrea was delighted with every output.

However, out of the blue she emailed me to end the project, having a wobble and lost her nerve, deciding that she wanted to remain female and locally focused. She blamed it on me stating that my webcopy didn't capture the ethos of her business. It didn't as the brief was to take it in a new direction to appeal to her core audience and a broader one alike. She refused to pay me the $3,500 for the work undertaken.
