If I could give 0 stars I would! Tiffany&Co on Burrard Street in Vancouver (store 442) provides the RUDEST customer service.

My partner and I went to have a look at wedding bands at this location. Even though we clarified we weren't looking for an engagement ring since the first moment, the lady helping us kept suggesting very simple wedding bands that they offer in a set with an engagement ring. She kept pointing out that everyone in the store had them and how great they looked together which made us feel like we were being pushed into buying a set and a wedding band style that we actually weren't interested in. Eventually, we ended up buying our wedding bands somewhere else.

Later on for our anniversary, my partner decided to buy me a necklace as a surprise gift and went back to Tiffany&Co believing that the previous time we visited the store we only had a bad luck with customer service. We ended up with a very pretty necklace which unfortunately came with several issues. Firstly, we had to go back to adjust its "standard length" (for extra $200) which was btw initially recommended by the sales person - it was choking my throat. After couple of months of waiting and finally trying it with the proper length, we realized that the necklace's design was very poor as the diamond's pointy side was uncovered and scratched my cleavage.

Our next store visit was even more ridiculous. We were told once again that everyone in the store wore the same necklace and didn't have an issue therefore if we wanted to deal with my SKIN SENSITIVITY they recommended installation of a cover/basket (for additional $300) which would also change the necklace's design though. The whole process took so long and as we went through length adjustment we weren't able to return or exchange the product anymore. So instead of a beautiful anniversary gift we left with the worst experience, huge disappointment with the brand and a bad memory whenever we look at the necklace.

In summary, I'd say if you want a luxurious piece of jewelry you should pick a different brand. For the same amount of money you can get a product of a better quality, better customer service and in general a much nicer experience!
