Reviews of Country Locker The in Vanderhoof

I have not been to the store but had several packages of “hamburger” included with an order of Kewano beef. I have opened and thawed a package from each company and am amazed at the amount of water dripping from the meat in the Vanderhoof Country Locker package. I have never seen so much liquid in ground meat in my nearly 60 years of cooking. There’s only 2 ways to do that. Either feeding copious amounts of salt before slaughter or simply adding water to the meat. Either way, it’s a deceptive and dishonest practice. The packages are all far above the standard one pound (454 grams) possibly to make people believe they’re getting a great deal? Perhaps. It certainly gives cause to put on your thinking cap, doesn’t it?
